These terms govern all purchases made on inparts.shop. Registration is open to both professional customers (with VAT ID, checked via VIES for EU customers) and private consumers. Confirmation of the order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Images and descriptions are indicative. Availability is updated in real time but in exceptional cases a product may turn out to be unavailable after confirmation: in that case we will notify you by email and refund any amount already collected within 7 days.

Prices are in Euros, shown net of VAT per B2B practice. The VAT applied on the invoice depends on the customer's country and VAT-ID validity:

• Italian customers with VAT ID and active VIES: reverse charge under art. 41 DL 331/1993, invoice without VAT.
• Italian customers without active VIES (or private): 22% VAT applied on the invoice.
• Slovenian customers (companies and private): Slovenian VAT (DDV) at 22% always applied on the invoice.
• Other EU countries with VAT ID and active VIES: reverse charge, invoice without VAT.
• Other EU countries without active VIES (or private): 22% VAT applied on the invoice.

• Advance bank transfer (IBAN in the order confirmation). We recommend instant transfer for same-day shipping.
• PayPal (immediate payment, same-day shipping).
• Cash on delivery — paid in cash on delivery. Limits: Italy up to €4,999 per shipment, Slovenia up to €2,500 per shipment. A surcharge may apply.
• Business credit (by prior commercial agreement).

Shipments via express couriers (GLS, DHL, UPS). With COD and PayPal we ship immediately (same day if the order is confirmed by 3:00 PM). With bank transfer, shipping starts when the funds are actually credited to our account. Estimated delivery times: 24/48h Italy, 2-5 days Europe. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer on delivery to the carrier. Any transport damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photos, under penalty of forfeiture.

All products benefit from a 12-month legal warranty from delivery for conformity defects. Private consumer customers are covered by art. 129 of the Italian Consumer Code (D.lgs. 206/2005); for professional customers the same duration is guaranteed contractually. The warranty does not cover: normal wear, damage from misuse, unauthorised modifications, faulty installation.

The contract is governed by Slovenian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Koper (SI) court.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Orders in progress are governed by the version in force at the time of confirmation.
