Returns & Warranty

We want your purchase on InParts to be worry-free. Here's how to handle any returns or claims.

14 days for returns

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return of unused products in intact packaging.

How to request a return (RMA procedure)

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with order number, product and reason.
  2. Within 2 business days you receive an RMA code and the shipping address.
  3. Ship the product at your expense (except in case of non-conformity).
  4. On receipt we check the condition and proceed with refund or replacement within 14 days.

What you can return

  • Products in intact original packaging, not installed
  • Defective parts under warranty (12 months)
  • Wrong products shipped by our mistake (at our expense)

What you CANNOT return (out of warranty)

  • Products with mechanical or electrical damage from incorrect installation (scratches, bending, glue, soldering, torn cables)
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items
  • Products beyond 14 days from delivery (except 12-month legal warranty)
Note for repair shops: warranty returns (DOA, functional defects) are accepted even if the part has been tested on a device, provided it shows no damage from incorrect handling.

12-month warranty

All parts have a legal warranty of 12 months from delivery for conformity defects (DOA, malfunction, unresponsive touch, lines on display, etc.). The warranty also covers products that have been test-fitted, as long as they show no damage from incorrect handling (scratches, glue, altered soldering). It does not cover normal wear or damage from improper use. To activate the warranty, follow the RMA procedure above, attaching photos of the defect.

Refund timing and method

You will receive the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, on the same payment method used (card, PayPal, bank transfer). For orders paid cash on delivery, the refund is made by bank transfer to the account you provide when requesting the RMA.

Transport damage

If you receive a visibly damaged package, accept it with written reservation on the courier's document and send us photos within 24 hours. Without a reservation, the claim cannot be handled with the courier.
